tq99 Terms & Conditions

To register and maintain a tq99 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any restriction that prevents you from gambling.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

tq99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any stage of the player lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our sole discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad account). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tq99 at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. Where tq99 identifies duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who knowingly operate duplicate accounts to exploit promotional offers may face permanent exclusion from the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tq99 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tq99 will treat any action taken on your account using your correct credentials as having been authorised by you, and will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where tq99's own systems were not compromised. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact tq99 support immediately at the email address listed in the footer of this page so that your account can be temporarily locked while the matter is investigated.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a tq99 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by tq99, though your payment provider may apply their own caps.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. tq99 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties.
• tq99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay only. No cryptocurrency, international card, or bank wire deposits are currently accepted.
• tq99 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tq99's control.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and most transactions are delivered to the player's registered mobile wallet within five minutes of approval.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. tq99 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.
• tq99 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if the player's KYC verification is incomplete, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or abusive activity on the account, or if the applicable wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available through tq99 are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only. Subsequent deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus regardless of account status or device used.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated rollover requirement.
• tq99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has been credited in error, tq99 reserves the right to reclaim it from the player's account.

tq99 actively monitors player accounts for bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, employing low-risk betting patterns designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intention, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms collectively. Where tq99 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings generated from it, and to suspend or permanently close the player's account without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tq99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering or attempting to use tq99 if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with tq99 games, odds, or any other part of the platform without the prior written consent of tq99.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through your tq99 account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or customer support process.

tq99 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications that alert them after a set period of continuous play, encouraging a break from gambling activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for a voluntary self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. All content published on the tq99 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, user interface designs, promotional materials, and software — is owned by or licensed to tq99 and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tq99 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of tq99 content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tq99 shall not be liable to any player for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with use of the tq99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or opportunity to win as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond tq99's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of tq99, even if tq99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions, including losses from sports bets, casino games, crash games, slots, or any other wagering activity on the tq99 platform.

tq99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tq99 will publish a revised version of the Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the tq99 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must immediately stop using tq99 and may request closure of your account by contacting tq99 support at the email address listed in the footer of this page.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and tq99, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication with tq99 customer support in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, tq99 may at its discretion refer the matter to an independent adjudicator or arbitration process. Nothing in this clause limits the right of either party to seek urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
